Online Training Package – sliding scale $150 – $175/ month
Initial fitness and movement assessment- either on location at the In Your Boots Fitness private studio located in the west end of Edmonton, through video chat (google hangout), or a video uploaded to YouTube
Face to face or telephone meeting – to discuss your currently fitness level, as well as your current health and fitness goals.
Customized monthly training plans – tailored to your specific goals and exercise preferences. Your plan will progressively increase in intensity and difficulty to allow you to continually improve. Video links will be provided that will have detailed demonstrations of each exercise included in your training plan for you to reference to ensure that you are using correct form.
Weekly check ins – one 15 minute check in per week via phone, email, google hangout (video), or YouTube video to monitor your progress and discuss any questions or provide any modifications that you may need to complete the training program designed for you.
*We offer a sliding scale to make our services accessible to folks that could not other wise afford to access personal or small group training.
Although we will never ask you to provide proof of income or for an explanation about the need to pay less than the the top end of the scale, we trust that you will carefully consider your financial situation and pay the maximum amount that fits comfortably into your budget.*
