Small Group Training

Gather a friend or your partner and do some small group training! It is a great way to access personal fitness training at a fraction of the cost. (Minimum of 2 and Maximum of 4 participants per group)

We offer many styles of small group training such as:

– high intensity interval training

– stretch, strength and mobility

– Introduction to weight lifting

– boxing

Custom training programs will be designed to suit your preferences and fitness level!

Many couples and families also use this service as a way to spend time together, while working towards making healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes!

Pricing and packages – small group Training

55 minute session – $45 +GST per person

Pre-Paid 10 session package – $400 +GST per person

Pre-Paid 20 session package – $700 +GST per person
